St. John’s Health will create and maintain an art collection that promotes healing, builds community, and exemplifies our commitment to excellence.

Through an emerging and growing field of research, art in healthcare settings is recognized as a powerful tool used to create a healing environment by lowering stress and anxiety of patients, families, and staff. Art helps rejuvenate, restore and heal the human spirit; it transforms the visitor experience, builds community among patients and staff, and demonstrates a commitment to excellence.

Artists living or working in Teton County, Wyoming are invited to apply. Selected artists will receive a $500 honorarium, inclusive of shipping.
