Utility Box Wraps: Jackson, Wyoming

  • P.O. Box 4413 Jackson, WY 83001 (map)

The Town of Jackson, Wyoming seeks images that embody the artist’s interpretation of “home” as it relates to Jackson Hole through images of people, places, and regional flora and fauna of Jackson Hole.

Images of artwork will be printed on vinyl wraps for the traffic box covers to beautify otherwise run-down or bland looking areas in the public right-of way and contribute toward civic pride, enhance the pedestrian experience and become creative landmarks. Through this call, images from 4-7 local artists will be selected.

Selected artists will enter into a contract with the Town of Jackson agreeing to a seven-year usage fee for a stipend of $500. Artists retain the copyrights to their artwork.

Local artists living and working in Teton County or who commute from surrounding  communities are invited to apply (Victor, Driggs, Alpine, Pinedale, Wind River Reservation).

Apply via CaFE by 5:00pm on April 30th, 2024. Please email robin@jhpublicart.org with questions.
